Isolation - how we can help

​

Self-isolation can be a lonely and restrictive time, and we are here to help. We have a team of wonderful and able-bodied volunteers who are available to assist with any practical chores that you require assistance with. This list includes, but is not limited to:
 

  • Gardening

  • Grocery shopping

  • Dog walking

  • Going to the pharmacy

  • Taking your pet to the vet

  • Banking

  • Taking you to a doctor's appointment


Rabbi Lewin himself is right at the end of the phone if you require any emotional support, pastoral care, or just a friendly chat. His number is 0408 690 354.

For those dealing with any depression or anxiety please call the Rabbi directly on 0408 690 354.

Anyone in a domestic violence situation at home that you are unable to escape from, please call the office on 9416 3710 or
0414 983 915 (Marion) and give the code word 'Sukkot.'
